I attended the MFAA PPSA workshop that was facilitated by Hamish Scott. Hamish covered all aspects of the PPSA from ‘How PPSA works’ to retention of title and the various security interests, and all aspects relating to PPSA. The content was exceptional and those with some or little knowledge of the PPSA would have benefitted by attending the workshop. The presentation was well received by participants and demonstrates the experience and knowledge that Hamish Scott has in relation to PPSA. As a result of the firm’s PPSA expertise we recommend his services to our clients.
